This Alligator Folk Shaman is a miniature that commands attention before a single die is rolled. Broad-shouldered and low-slung in a predator's crouch, the figure is clad from snout to tail in dense crocodilian scales — every panel of hide rendered with remarkable texture across the skin, limbs, and thick tail sweeping behind. Over the scales, layers of rope bindings and woven cord wrap the torso, with feather-and-bone fetishes knotted into the weave. A topknot bound in rope rises from the crown of the head, giving the shaman an unmistakable silhouette.

The right hand clutches a heavy bone-headed club — the kind of instrument that serves equally as ritual focus and blunt reminder of where spiritual authority ends and physical authority begins. The jaws of the figure are pulled wide in a snarl, teeth bared, lending a ferocious quality to what is already an imposing stance.
