This Alligator Folk Necromancer is a sculpt that earns its place at the table through sheer character. The figure crouches with predatory stillness — a massive crocodilian humanoid wearing a long coat and tricorn-style cap, its jaws open wide in a low, threatening grin. Rope is wound tightly around the arms and legs, and a length of chain hangs across the torso, the whole silhouette suggesting something between a river-cult priest and a bayou crime lord who long ago stopped fearing death.

In one outstretched hand rests a human skull, held with the casual familiarity of someone who has been carrying the dead around for years.
