The All Seeing Knight is one of those rare sculpts that rewards a long, slow look. At its core is a heavily armoured warrior — chainmail coif, layered plate, skull-adorned tabard and tassets — gripping a broad two-handed sword with quiet, terrible patience. But it is the great iron halo that truly defines this figure: a fan of curved spines radiating outward from the shoulders, its frame studded with a ring of sculpted, wide-open eyes. Every surface is an act of unsettling devotion, from the skull nestled at the belt to the eye-shaped rivets pressed into the ironwork. This knight does not seek battle. It simply waits for you to come to it.
This bundle includes both supported and unsupported variants of the sculpt, along with options for a plain base and a decorative base — giving you the flexibility to choose whichever suits your workflow and display preference. The decorative base grounds the figure well, and the multipart nature of the sculpt means careful assembly will reward a painter who takes their time with it.
Whether you are placing this knight at the threshold of a forgotten sanctum, using it as a BBEG bodyguard with an unsettling magical gimmick, or painting it as a centrepiece for your display shelf, the detail density here is considerable. The sculpt reads clearly from across a gaming table yet holds up to close inspection with a magnifier and a fine brush.
- Adventurers who want a frontline villain with genuine visual menace
- DMs building an Underdark or Shadowfell encounter with a memorable guardian
- Painters who enjoy armour, metallics, and unusual focal pieces like glowing or eye-detail motifs
- Collectors seeking a display-worthy piece with architectural scale and dark religious iconography
Encounter Hook: The party descends into the vault beneath the Obsidian Monastery and finds the door to the inner sanctum already open — standing motionless in the archway is a knight in full plate, its iron halo bristling with open eyes, each one slowly tracking a different member of the group. It has not moved. It is simply watching. Waiting for one of them to reach for a weapon first.
