Alera Stormforge is a human artificer built for the thick of it. This sculpt captures her mid-aim with a light crossbow raised to cheek level, eye fixed along the barrel with the focused calm of someone who has done this a hundred times and improved the mechanism each occasion. Her armour is layered and practical — pauldron on one shoulder, quilted coat, laced boots — and every inch of her belt and harness is loaded with the tools of her trade: a brace of pouches, mechanical components clipped to her sides, and a sturdy wooden case strapped at her hip that speaks to a mind that never stops tinkering. Her hair is tied back in a ponytail, out of the way, because Alera doesn't let anything interfere with the shot.
The sculpt rewards careful painters — the crossbow mechanism, the layered textile folds of her coat, and the individual pouches and fittings across her belt all carry excellent surface detail. She stands on a circular mechanical-style base etched with concentric ring patterns, which suits the artificer aesthetic beautifully and would complement a steampunk or arcane-industrial basing theme equally well. Alera Stormforge is available at 32mm scale for tabletop play or 54mm display scale. The figure includes a separate decorative base that attaches easily. Supports are removed before dispatch, and each mini is quality checked before it leaves us.
