Silver dragons occupy a rare space in the draconic hierarchy: noble, ancient, and deeply tied to the affairs of mortals — sometimes as protectors, sometimes as something far more complicated. Gintharax is sculpted in a pose that captures that duality perfectly. He crouches upon a crumbling stone ruin, one clawed foreleg raised, broad wings swept back and half-unfurled, tail curling around the base of the rubble like a serpent claiming its territory. The feathered crest along his neck and the sharp-beaked, avian cast of his skull give him a distinctly regal ferocity — this is not a beast to be trifled with, nor a monster to be dismissed as merely evil.
Every scale is individually rendered across the body, the wing membranes show organic stretch and vein texture, and the stone ruin base is cracked and detailed enough to double as a piece of scatter terrain in its own right. Whether you paint him in classic icy silvers and cold whites or go for something more weathered and battle-worn, this sculpt will reward the effort on both gaming table and display shelf alike.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a commanding boss encounter centrepiece for a mountain lair or ruined fortress
- Are running a campaign where a silver dragon plays the role of morally complex ally or ancient antagonist
- Want a large-scale display piece that holds its own amongst serious painted collections
- Are building out a full bestiary of metallic and chromatic dragons for their TTRPG sessions
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to retrieve a relic buried beneath the ruins of Vel Asthar — but when they descend into the rubble-strewn keep, they find Gintharax already there, one claw resting atop the sealed vault, watching them with an amber eye. He does not attack. He simply says: "Tell me why you want it. Choose your words with care. I have been waiting here for eighty-three years, and I am not yet done being patient."

What's included:
Gintharax is printed at 32mm scale. The model and scenic ruin base are printed as separate pieces and can be fixed together with a small amount of super glue — the base and figure are designed to interact, so we strongly recommend displaying them together. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all high-detail miniatures, minor marks may occasionally occur and can be tidied up easily before priming.
