Azmordion the Ever-Prideful is not a dragon who hides. He perches atop the crumbling remnants of a conquered battlement with all the ease of a lord surveying his estate, neck outstretched, wings half-furled, every overlapping scale a testament to centuries of dominance. Silver dragons in D&D lore are known for their pride in equal measure to their benevolence — and Azmordion wears both like armour. This is a creature that has outlasted kingdoms and expects to outlast yours.
The sculpt captures that character with extraordinary detail: layered plate-like scales across the haunches and spine give way to finer, tighter scalework along the neck and tail, while the broad membranous wings are etched with a network of veins and stretched skin that reads beautifully from every angle. The integrated scenic base — a circular ruined tower section with cracked stonework and scattered rubble — grounds the piece and gives Azmordion's claws something worthy to grip. This is a miniature that works equally well as a campaign boss encounter piece or as a display centrepiece on your shelf.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a Huge-scale dragon boss for a climactic D&D 5e session
- Want a silver or metallic dragon with unmistakable character and presence
- Are building a dragon-themed collection or Clash of the Dragons encounter set
- Enjoy painting complex scale textures and dramatic wing membranes
- Display painted or unpainted fantasy miniatures alongside their gaming library
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to retrieve a stolen treaty scroll from the ruins of Fort Aldenmere — but when they climb the final tower, they find Azmordion already there, one talon resting on the sealed document, his silver eyes watching them with an expression that suggests he has read it twice and found it wanting. He will return it. For a price. And the price is a story worth his time.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale with a detailed scenic base. The model and base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with superglue — the two elements interact closely, so we recommend keeping the base as intended for the best visual result. The piece arrives support-free and ready for priming, painting, or straight-to-table use. Minor surface marks from the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily addressed with light sanding.
