Adult black dragons are among the most calculating and cruel creatures in the monster manual — patient hunters who rule their swamp territories with acid breath and ancient cunning. This sculpt by Epic Miniatures captures that menace in full: the dragon lunges forward in an aggressive ground-stalking pose, weight shifted onto its powerful haunches, clawed forelimbs braced for the strike. The swept-back horns, serrated dorsal fins, and deeply textured scale work across the body give the sculpt a ferocious, battle-ready silhouette that reads with conviction from across a table.

The broad leathery wings are raised and partially spread — not fully open in flight, but half-unfurled in the manner of a creature about to lunge or take to the air.
