Description
She stands with one hand on her hip and cool appraisal in her eyes — the kind of woman who knows exactly which secrets are worth keeping, and which are worth selling.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Adelina de Courcy is a noblewoman sculpted with quiet authority. Her dress falls in long, composed folds, and her upper body is fitted with ornate pauldrons and a richly detailed corset — armour of a social kind, suggesting someone who has learned to dress for power as much as for occasion. Pearl drop earrings, a carefully pinned updo, and a bracelet at her wrist complete the portrait of a woman who belongs equally in a court reception and a clandestine meeting at midnight. Whether she's a guild patron, a merchant lord's estranged wife, or a spymaster hiding in plain sight, Adelina brings instant narrative weight to any table.
The sculpt captures her from every angle — front and back renders show the quality of detail throughout, from the filigree clasp-work on her corset to the natural drape of her skirts. This is a miniature that rewards a careful paint job and holds its own equally well as an unpainted display piece.
Well-suited for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable, high-society NPC with presence and ambiguity
- Are running intrigue-heavy campaigns, courtly politics, or urban mysteries
- Want a quest-giver, antagonist, or morally complex ally with genuine character
- Are building a display collection of civilian and noble miniatures
Encounter Hook:
The party has been summoned to the de Courcy estate under the pretence of a dinner invitation. Adelina greets them at the threshold — composed, gracious, and utterly impossible to read. By the time the soup is served, two of the guests have noticed the locked study at the end of the hall, and one has caught Adelina slipping a note to the footman. She hasn't explained why she called for them. She hasn't explained much of anything.
