Description

She stands at the edge of the village road, candle clutched tight, watching the party with wide eyes that have seen something they shouldn't have.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Abigail is a young girl NPC sculpted with remarkable expressiveness — her large, watchful eyes and carefully plaited hair speak of innocence, while the way she clutches her candle close suggests she knows far more than she's letting on. Her long linen dress and simple hood give her the look of a common villager's child, the kind who might be dismissed at first glance and remembered for the rest of the campaign.

Whether she's a frightened witness to a cult's rituals, a ghost who doesn't yet know she's passed on, or simply a miller's daughter with a strange recurring dream, Abigail brings an immediate sense of story to any scene. The sculpt captures the fine details of her braided crown, flowing dress, and hooded cloak with the kind of crispness that rewards careful painting — pale eyes, warm candlelight, the subtle texture of her woven garments.

Part of the Great Folks II collection from Great Grimoire, she's equally at home on a dark gothic gaming table or a display shelf dedicated to civilian and NPC characters.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Run dark fantasy or gothic horror campaigns where child NPCs carry enormous narrative weight
  • Need a memorable quest-giver, haunted spirit, or reluctant witness to bring a village scene to life
  • Collect detailed civilian and NPC miniatures for world-building and storytelling
  • Want a showpiece painting project — the fine facial detail and fabric folds reward skilled brushwork

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in Dunwich Hollow to find the harvest festival abandoned mid-celebration. Lanterns still burn. Tables are still set. And at the far end of the empty square, a small girl in a linen dress stands completely still, holding a candle that hasn't guttered despite the wind, staring at something none of the adventurers can see.

Details

What's included: One Abigail miniature printed at 32mm scale (the original sculpt is 35mm — message us if you'd prefer a different scale adjustment). A plain black base is included and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. A decorative base upgrade is also available — if selected, please send us a note to let us know which base style you'd like. The sculpt is printed at high resolution and supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks are possible and can be tidied before priming.
