Watchman 08 is the eighth variation in Novaminis' city watch series, and this particular sculpt crackles with the energy of a veteran who has lost patience. He strides forward mid-shout, sword raised overhead in a powerful overhand grip, his free arm extended with one finger jabbing the air — barking orders at rookies or singling out a suspect in the crowd. A broad-brimmed kettle hat sits low over a bearded, weathered face. Riveted leather armour covers his torso, a short travelling cape billows behind him, and a sturdy padlock and chain hang at his belt — the tools of a man whose job involves shutting things down as much as breaking them open. Tall boots and pouched belt kit complete the look of a professional who has been doing this long enough to stop caring about appearances.

The sculpt reads instantly as authority — not the polished authority of a city guard in full plate, but the earned authority of a beat watchman who knows every alleyway, every crooked merchant, and every face that shouldn't be where it is. He works equally well as a hostile NPC blocking the party's escape, a gruff quest-giver with local knowledge, or a recurring presence in an urban campaign who the players learn to either respect or avoid.
