Description

It descended from the Abyss on carrion wings, all hollow eyes and snapping beak — a demon that exists not to conquer, but to destroy.

  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Vrock is one of the Abyss's most brutal exports: a towering vulture-demon driven by instinct, violence, and an almost gleeful hunger. In D&D 5e, Vrocks are a staple of demonic encounters — fast, ferocious, and capable of releasing a cloud of toxic spores that can turn the tide of any battle. This sculpt by MZ4250 captures the creature mid-lunge, wings fully spread and taloned foot raised as if caught mid-charge. The skeletal face is wide open in a shriek, and every feather, talon, and angular limb is rendered with the kind of detail that rewards both painters and DMs who want their battlefield to feel genuinely threatening.

Whether you're running a Blood War-adjacent arc, a demonic cult summoning, or a Descent into Avernus-style campaign, a well-placed Vrock on the table tells your players immediately that things have gone very, very wrong.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Run demonic or Abyssal story arcs and need a centrepiece monster
  • Want a large creature with genuine table presence and painting potential
  • Are building a fiend collection for display or use in multiple campaigns
  • Need a reliable boss encounter for mid-tier parties

Encounter Hook:
The Cult of the Feathered Pit has been gathering sacrifices in the lower city for weeks. Tonight, the party finally breaks into their sanctum — only to find the ritual already complete, the cultists dead, and one very awake Vrock standing in the wreckage of the summoning circle, screaming.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale and based on an oval scenic base. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. The model may arrive in a small number of separate pieces for ease of printing; these attach cleanly with superglue. We inspect every piece before it leaves us, though minor marks inherent to the printing process may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied with a hobby knife or fine file.
