Tanarukk by Monster Atlas
Description
Born of orc blood and abyssal corruption, the Tanarukk exists only to destroy — a living weapon of the Abyss given teeth, horn, and fury.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Tanarukk is one of the most viscerally threatening creatures a Dungeon Master can drop on a table. Half-orc, half-demon, entirely unhinged — these creatures are the shock troops of demonic invasions, too savage to command and too dangerous to ignore. This sculpt captures that violence with conviction: a massively muscled frame bristling with bone spurs and jagged plate, a maw of exposed fangs mid-roar, and a serrated axe-head wide enough to cleave through armour like parchment. The asymmetric horns sweep back from a heavily ridged skull, while the lower body is wrapped in ragged hide — nothing decorative, nothing wasted. Every surface tells the story of a creature that has never stopped fighting.
Whether you're statting it up as a CR 5 fiend in a demonic warband or using it as the corrupted champion of a rogue warlord, this sculpt carries the weight of the encounter before a single die is rolled. It's equally at home on the battlefield and on a display shelf, where those mid-swing details reward close attention and a good wash.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a commanding demonic bruiser for D&D 5e or other TTRPG encounters
- Are building demonic invasion storylines, corrupted orc warbands, or Underdark campaigns
- Want a boss-tier monster mini that holds its own on a display shelf
- Enjoy painting heavily textured creature sculpts with lots of surface detail to work with
Encounter Hook:
The war party the players were tracking was found dead at the treeline — torn apart from the inside of their own camp. At the centre, crouched over the largest of the corpses, a Tanarukk looks up slowly. It doesn't run. It doesn't need to.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with superglue — the sculpt is designed to interact with its base, so we recommend using it as supplied for the best result. Some minor clean-up of support marks may be needed, though we quality-check every piece before it leaves us.
