Description

He rules no kingdom you can find on any map, yet every court in the realm has heard his name whispered between nervous smiles and forced laughter.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Jester King holds court from an elaborately carved throne, one leg draped casually over the armrest, a long-necked lute resting in gauntleted hands. His crown of flowers and thorns sits atop flowing hair that falls across a masked, expressionless face — regal and unsettling in equal measure. There is no rush about him. He has already won whatever game is being played; he is simply waiting for the other pieces to realise it.

This is the casual pose from our Jester King range by Mia Kay M3DM — a seated, throne-bound sculpt that works as a commanding centrepiece NPC, a wildcard villain mid-performance, or a Bard player character who has finally claimed the seat they always deserved. The throne is integral to the sculpt and makes this miniature as compelling on a display shelf as it is on the tabletop.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a charismatic, unsettling villain or trickster NPC at the heart of their campaign
  • Are running a Bard who has ascended to power — or believes they have
  • Want a striking throne-room encounter piece or court scene centrepiece
  • Collect display miniatures with strong character presence and intricate detail

Encounter Hook:
The party is summoned to an audience with the city's new lord — a figure none of them recognise, seated on a throne of carved oak and gilt roses, idly picking out a tune on a long-necked lute. He does not look up when they enter. He finishes the song first. Then he smiles behind the mask and says: "You're late. I've already made my decision. Sit down and I'll tell you what it costs."
