This sculpt captures that frantic, feral energy in a single arrested moment: the creature mid-lunge, one clawed hand reaching out to rake flesh while the other braces against the ground, jaws wide in a guttural shriek. The elongated horns curve back from a flat, batlike skull, and every muscle in that lean, wiry frame is coiled with purpose. It is not big. It does not need to be.

Whether you're statting it out as a warlock's familiar, a minor demon sent to harry the party, or a chaotic little scout for something far worse lurking behind a portal, this miniature communicates exactly the right flavour of unhinged, infernal menace. The pose reads clearly across the gaming table — players will know instantly that something mean and fast is coming at them.

Beyond encounters, this is a satisfying miniature to paint. The musculature is clean and well-defined, inviting washes and highlights to pick out sinew and shadow. A dark, desaturated skin with glowing accent colours — sickly green eyes, perhaps, or a wash of brimstone amber — would suit it brilliantly.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

Run warlock characters and want a physical model for their imp or quasit familiar

Need low-CR demon fodder for Abyssal delves, Avernus campaigns, or cult lairs

Want a dynamic, expressive creature sculpt that rewards careful brushwork

Are building out a fiend collection for display or encounter use

Encounter Hook

The warlock's patron has grown impatient. As the party attempts to decipher the ritual circle scratched into the floor of the abandoned chapel, a quasit materialises from the shadows behind the altar — not to fight, but to observe, and to whisper. It knows exactly what the circle does. Whether it tells the truth is another matter entirely.

Details

Single miniature — one sculpt, one pose

Supplied unpainted and unassembled

32mm scale

Sculpted by MZ4250

Sculpted by MZ4250 — visit their collection to see the full range of finely crafted miniatures.

Pairs well with our fiends collection and Abyssal encounters — or explore more from MZ4250.

A slow blink from both cats.
