Her posture is low and predatory — one clawed hand extended forward as if channelling primal magic, the other gripping a tall staff crowned with a large skull wreathed in feathers, twine, and hanging charms. The detail across her scales, the layered texture of her robes, and the intricate work on that staff make this a genuinely rewarding miniature to paint.

This is a character sculpt that works beautifully in multiple contexts. As a player character, Krukhaz slots naturally into lizardfolk druid or shaman builds — the kind of swamp-born spellcaster who venerates the old gods of tooth and mud. As an NPC or encounter boss, she reads immediately as a figure of ritual authority within a lizardfolk tribe: a keeper of the dead, a spirit-speaker, a creature who communes with things your party would rather not think about.

The multipart construction means she can be assembled to suit your basing preference, and she's available with or without a plain base included in the order.

Perfect for adventurers who:

Are playing or DMing a lizardfolk druid or shaman character

Need a compelling tribal spiritual leader for a swamp or jungle encounter

Want a centrepiece miniature with rich surface detail and a distinctive silhouette

Are building out a lizardfolk warband or settlement on the tabletop

Enjoy painting textured scales, layered cloth, and intricate bone-work accessories

Encounter Hook

The party follows the trail of missing villagers deep into the Thornmarsh, only to find them kneeling in a circle around a towering bonfire — alive, but unresponsive, their eyes fixed on a robed lizardfolk figure chanting over a skull-staff wreathed in pale flame. Krukhaz does not acknowledge the adventurers.
