She lunges forward in a wide combat stance, a swirling orb of eldritch flame conjured in her left hand, wild and barely contained. In her right she grips a gnarled wooden staff topped with a great eagle mid-spread, wings fanned as though the bird itself is answering her call. Her long coat billows behind her, studded belt cinched tight, and her expression is focused with the cold intensity of someone who has already calculated exactly how this encounter ends — in her favour.

The detail work on this sculpt rewards painters who love contrast: the organic flow of flame against the carved texture of the staff, the feather detail on the eagle topper, the ornate scrollwork across her coat. She reads as a gnome who has outgrown the assumptions others make about small-stature spellcasters — and she has the eldritch fire to prove it.

This is a multipart miniature, and she is available either with a plain base or without a base, so you can choose the option that suits your basing style. A 54mm scale version is also available for adventurers who want to make Yalra a centrepiece of the collection.

Warlock players looking for a gnome PC that exudes raw eldritch menace

Dungeon Masters who want a memorable arcane NPC or rival magic-user

Painters drawn to the interplay of fire, feathers, and fine coat detail

Collectors building out a roster of formidable small-stature spellcasters

Encounter Hook: The party arrives at the ruins of a collapsed thieves' guild to find a single survivor: a gnome woman crouched in the rubble, an eagle-headed staff driven into the stone beside her, a ball of eldritch fire turning slowly in her palm.
