Both arms are extended — one hand raised with two fingers pointed skyward, the other reaching outward with splayed fingers — a pose that reads equally as invocation, condemnation, or the opening gesture of a very dangerous spell. A simple star-shaped amulet is clasped at his chest, the only adornment on an otherwise austere silhouette. Sandalled feet ground him firmly, giving him the measured authority of a man who has never once needed to raise his voice.

This is a miniature that does double duty at the table. As an NPC, Riggby works brilliantly as a high-ranking church official, a morally ambiguous cult leader, a divine inquisitor, or the revered patriarch of an ancient religious order. His robes and bearing translate equally well to a Cleric PC who favours gravitas over armour — the scholar-priest archetype who commands respect through presence alone. Painted in warm ivories and golds, he'll read as sanctified and noble; shift to cooler greys and muted ochres, and something altogether more unsettling emerges.

Adventurers who want a Cleric PC with quiet authority and a commanding pose

Dungeon Masters building a memorable faith-based NPC — high priest, cult elder, or divine arbiter

Painters who love folds, fabric texture, and expressive hands as their canvas

Collectors drawn to character minis that carry a story in their stance alone

Encounter Hook: The party has been summoned to the Basilica of the Unbroken Flame by Elder Riggby himself — reportedly to receive a blessing before their next mission. But when they arrive, the inner sanctum is sealed, the junior priests are pale with fear, and Riggby is mid-ritual, arms outstretched, chanting in a language that predates the church he ostensibly serves. The blessing was never the point.

Details

32mm scale resin miniature

Supplied unpainted and unprimed

Available with or without a plain round base

Single sculpt — one posed miniature

Sculpted by Monster Atlas

Sculpted by Monster Atlas — visit their collection to explore more of their characterful humanoid sculpts.

Pairs well with NPC townsfolk and religious figures and Ravenloft gothic horror campaigns — or explore more from Monster Atlas.

No thumbs.
