Sculpted by DnD Is A Woman, she wears a layered combination of padded coat and segmented plate armour — practical protection for a warrior of faith who expects to be hit and intends to still be standing when the dust settles. Her broad kite shield, riveted and road-worn, is held at the ready on her left arm, while her mace hangs low in her right hand: not raised in threat, but gripped with the quiet confidence of someone who has used it many times before.

Her hair is swept up in a loose knot, and her expression carries the measured steadiness of a dwarf who has seen enough battles to stop being surprised by them. The detail in her armour — the studded belt buckle, the layered bracers, the greave work — rewards close examination and will respond beautifully to washes and drybrushing. She arrives on a plain base, giving you full freedom to theme her to your campaign setting: mountain keep, dungeon crypt, or besieged town square.

This is a multipart miniature, also available without a base for those who prefer to integrate her into a custom basing scheme. A 54mm display variant is available for painters who want to showcase the sculptural detail at a larger scale.

Gurdis works well for adventurers who:

Play a dwarf cleric, war domain paladin, or battle-ready champion of the faith

Need a seasoned, stoic NPC healer or temple guardian for their campaign

Want a character whose paint scheme can go in almost any direction — from gleaming divine champion to battered veteran

Are building out a dwarven stronghold scene or mountainhall encounter

Enjoy painting characterful faces and layered armour with strong surface variety

Encounter Hook

The party arrives at the mountain monastery of Keldrath's Veil to find it barricaded from within.
