Her towering, ornately jewelled hair rises like a crown above a narrow plague-doctor beak mask that conceals her expression entirely — except for the eyes, which miss absolutely nothing. A living snake coils up across her chest and drapes over her shoulder, its own head raised as if sharing in whatever scheme she's currently executing. The sculpt captures an aristocratic poise shot through with something deeply unsettling: the sense that every detail of her appearance — the layered coat, the elaborate décolletage, the serpent — has been chosen deliberately, as a performance.

This is a display bust in the truest sense. The level of sculptural detail across her hair alone — braided sections, loose waves, decorative pins and hanging gems — gives a painter's brush genuine territory to explore. The mask offers a contrast between smooth lacquered surfaces and deep shadow beneath the beak. The serpent's scales and the texture of her clothing provide distinct surface variety throughout. Whether you approach her as a BBEG pulling strings from behind a masquerade, a Ravenloft aristocrat, or a cult leader with extraordinary social graces, she commands the shelf she sits on.

Adventurers who want a centrepiece villain bust with painterly depth and surface variety

Dungeon Masters building out Ravenloft, intrigue-heavy, or noble court campaigns

Painters looking for a challenge piece with multiple distinct textures — hair, mask, scales, fabric

Collectors drawn to characters with strong visual identity and theatrical presence

Encounter Hook: The party receives an invitation to the Midnight Gala of House Veyne — black card, gold ink, no RSVP required.
