Bald-headed with a scruffy beard and long, unkempt hair at the sides, he's dressed in heavily patched and stitched trousers, a torn open shirt, and a mismatched assortment of wrappings and bindings across his forearms. A length of rope hangs from his belt — the kind of detail that raises more questions than it answers.

What sets this variation apart is his pose: one hand tucked close to his body, the other extended with a single pointing finger — demanding, accusing, or perhaps directing the party towards something they'd rather not find. There's a wiry physicality to the sculpt that suggests this man has survived on the streets through stubbornness and cunning rather than comfort. The crisscross stitching on his trousers, the layered rags, and his mismatched footwear all reward a careful painter with dozens of small, satisfying details.

Whether you need a world-weary street contact, a disguised spy, a quest-giver with an agenda, or simply a convincing piece of urban scenery, this mini delivers the kind of grounded character presence that brings a city district to life.

A great pick for adventurers who want to:

Populate city streets, market squares, and tavern entrances with believable NPCs

Introduce a morally ambiguous informant or mysterious quest-giver

Build out a Ravenloft or gothic urban setting with a lived-in atmosphere

Add a human-scale figure to contrast against monsters and larger foes

Explore urban poverty and social detail in narrative-heavy campaigns

Encounter Hook

As the party cuts through the Ashwick Docks at dusk, a gaunt, rope-belted figure steps from a doorway and points a bony finger directly at the rogue. "You — yes, you.
